Introduction of Exploration and Production
The upstream segment of the oil and gas industry covering exploration and production sectors, involves the early steps of locating and extracting hydrocarbon from the subsurface.
Exploration is a phase of finding where hydrocarbons are trapped beneath the surface by using geophysical surveys, geological analysis, and wildcat drilling. Once a discovery is confirmed, the focus shifts to applied reservoir engineering to bring the fluid into production stage.

Basic well construction will provide an overview of the basic concepts association with casing, tubing, and how they are used for wellbore construction purposes.
Completions
Well completion plays a vital role in the well-engineering process to design, select, and install of tools and equipment located in the wellbore for the purpose of conveying, pumping, or controlling production or injection. A suitable completion design must be safe, efficient, and economically beneficial.
Artificial Lift
When reservoir pressures do not sustain optimum flow rates or incapable of producing fluid flow at all. Artificial Lift process transfers energy downhole or decreases fluid density in the wellbore to reduce hydrostatic pressure on formations so liquids will flow.

Arin has worked across technical, operational, commercial, and leadership functions throughout Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Americas, bringing together engineering expertise, international business exposure, and a strong passion for knowledge-sharing.

An engineer with nearly two decades of experience in the midstream energy sector, particularly in gas production and operations.
Having worked in large-scale industrial environments in the Middle East, Bayu brings practical operational expertise, technical discipline, and deep understanding of field execution within complex energy systems.

Ibu Ida
With more than three decades of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, including her role as Tax Operation Manager for Kalimantan Division at Telkom Indonesia.
